Snowblower Repairs

Schedule service for your snowblower today before the snow starts to fly.

Includes:

ON-SITE WORK ONLY *
Change the oil
Check for oil / gas leaks
Replace spark plug and inspect the spark plug boot
Clean, inspect, and lube the drive system
Replace fuel filter (if applicable)
Inspect carburetor, check the bowl for dirt, debris and or water
Set to proper RPMs
Inspect fuel lines for cracks and dry rot
Inspect the hose clamps
Inspect the auger assembly (impeller fan, auger rakes, gear box etc)
Inspect the auger bucket (housing) for wear and damage, repair accordingly
Lube cables and pivot points
Grease all fittings, inspect fittings for damage, replace if needed (if applicable)
Inspect belts, belt tension (adjustments if needed)
Inspect the cables, (adjust and or replace if needed)
Inspect the belt pulleys and guides
Inspect sheer pins / bolts for correct application (additional cost if need to be replaced)
Check skids / shoes for wear — adjust the height, replace if needed
Inspect the cutting edge for wear, replaced if needed
Check impeller bearing
Check auger bearing
Inspect auger chute gear (if applicable)
Tighten all hardware, check for missing hardware
Check light (if applicable)
Inspect tire for cracks and dry rot, check and adjust tire pressures, check axle bushing
Test electric starter (if applicable)
Test snowblower operation, check safety operations (in snow if applicable)
Clean machine
Recheck fluids
